Shipping Policy

1. Within Hong Kong only. Taste Trigger uses S.F. Express to deliver the goods to customer’s designated location. Under normal circumstances, we will dispatch the goods in 1 – 3 working days after receiving order (the day placing order not count), actual arrival date depends on the logistics company.

2. Weekends, around public holidays, typhoon, inclement weather, etc. may cause delay on dispatch.

3. From March to October, chocolate will be delivered by S.F. Cold Chain Delivery Service to customer's designated location (i.e. Temperature Controlled Delivery to Door / S.F. Store Pickup / S.F. Business Station Pickup)

4. If one order consists of chocolate, we will process it according to Point 3 of this Shipping Policy.

5. Customer choosing delivery to door service, no matter by S.F. Speedy Express or Temperature Controlled Delivery, must have a recipient. We do not responsible for any goods damage, quality degradation, etc. caused by no recipient.

6. Locations of S.F. Locker, S.F. Store and S.F. Business Station are subject to S.F. Express's availability at the time of shipment by us. If the location selected is not available, we will contact customer to change the delivery address.
