This is celebrate 15 years of Dick Taylor a delicious Barral Aged Apple Brandy 70% dark Chocolate bar! Dick Taylor partnered with Sonoma Brothers Distillery in Sonoma California to age the cacao nibs from Belize in their award winning Apple Brandy barrels for 18 months! This longer aging period allows the nibs to deeply absorb the flavor notes of apple and white wine from the aromatic barrels, resulting in oven mare pronounced fruity and earthy tones. The final result is a surprisingly complex bar with rich undertones of vanilla and cinnamon.
